Sports TimesCast: High School edition debuts

Just in time for the high school fall season, we launched the debut episode of the Sports TimesCast: High School edition today on roanoke.com. The title is a bit long and may change (it's an experiment, after all), but we wanted to build off the TimesCast name that runs with the original daily webcast and the sports version featuring Doug Doughty and Randy King.

Instead of Doug and Randy, the HS sportscast features Aaron McFarling and Robert Anderson. Aaron writes a regular sports column and covers high school sports. Robert primarily covers the high school sports beat.

We're hoping the high school sports edition will feature lots of user-submitted video from high school games, meets, matches or other sports-related events. There'll be more high school-related content hitting the site later in the week.

Stay tuned, and of course, send feedback.
