Hokies creep up in both polls after overtime win

Virginia Tech’s Monday night overtime win against Georgia Tech was enough for it to creep up a little bit in both polls.

The Hokes moved up one spot to 15th in the Associated Press poll and two spots to 18th in the USA Today coaches poll. Both were released Tuesday afternoon.

Keep up the great work! I have been following your blog since a co-worker, an Auburn grad, was looking for your column and saw you were covering the Hokies. He highly recommended I check out your column and was disappointed you are no longer covering Auburn! His disappointment is our gain!! Great insight and information!! Thanks!!
