Signee profile: OL Braxton Pfaff

2.06p pfaffThe highest-rated offensive lineman in Virginia is officially a Hokie. His is the last letter of intent expected today.

Braxton Pfaff, a 6-foot-4, 285-pound offensive lineman from Lynchburg, is the latest signee, officially joining Williamsburg’s Parker Osterloh and Fork Union’s Jonathan McLaughlin as linemen in the class.

Pfaff, who won two straight state titles at Liberty Christian Academy, was ranked highest by ESPN, which put him as the No. 254 overall prospect in the 2013 class and the No. 14 offensive guard.

He as a first-team pick by Virginia Preps and played in the Semper Fidelis All-American Bowl and the Chesapeake Bowl.

His last name is pronounced FAFF.

    Is it just me or does it seem the Hokies have done a little better in the OL recruiting this year. Of course everybody’s bio sounds good. Will be interesting to see what Grimes can do with them.
