Could be promising. Spectrum’s not known for their visualization capabilities, so it’s not too surprising we don’t get a very strong sense of how the spaces will feel. Great soundtrack. Really adds. However, anything that keeps the Center up-to-date and relevant is a good thing.
How typical, BTW, that mine is the first comment. If it has to do with the arts or – God forbid – “culture”, Southwest Virginians couldn’t care less. Now, if we were talking about Virginia Tech football, NASCAR, or the right to own a bazillion guns – well, how many thousands of comments would there be by now?

I like it. Space looks very visitor friendly, and welcoming. I love the roof top utilization. I guess those are wind generators on the roof, that is very “green”, but I bet that gets cut by the money managers. I hope the reality will be nearly as good as this rendering.
