Folks are lining up in front of 16 West Marketplace on Church Avenue in Downtown Roanoke to take part in the Inside Out 11M project. Participants have large photo portraits of themselves printed instantly to be posted on the outside walls of the Heironimus building next door. Everyone is e-mailed a photo of themselves posing with their portrait. The purpose of the project is to advocate for immigration reform. The crew will continue taking photos until 7 p.m. today.
