Footnote: Ann Rice’s gun debate

Author Ann Rice is often posting comments on Twitter about different causes she is passionate about. The Catholic Church is often her target. However, today it’s guns. I know for many of you here in SW VA, you too are passionate about the gun debate.

Later she came back with, “I don’t understand the statement that guns don’t kill people, people do. Clearly this man’s gun in Tucson killed…”

What do you think? You are welcome to post a comment here or go directly to Ann Rice’s page and join the discussion.

About this blog

Books editor Suzanne Wardle read cereal boxes, lists of ingredients and just about anything when she was a child, so it’s no wonder she grew up to read for a living at a newspaper. She posts reviews, news, discussion topics and musings on literature of all types. When she’s not reading, she’s out on the greenway with the dog, testing recipes in the kitchen and trying to persuade friends to watch bad monster movies with her.
