Book Trailer: “Real Moms Love to Eat”

It may be a little early to start thinking about eating healthy–we haven’t yet made it through the holiday cookie and potluck season–but I saw this book trailer for “Real Moms Love to Eat: How to Conduct a Love Affair with Food, Lose Weight and Feel Fabulous” by Beth Aldrich and Eve Adamson and thought anyone (like me) who vows every winter to start eating healthy again in January might be interested in this book, due out January 3rd.

Tell me about other healthy cookbooks you’ve read and liked.

Let me know if you want me to post book trailers. I can’t recommend the books as I haven’t read them, but I’ll be happy to post videos from publishers so you know what’s available. Personally, I enjoy watching them, though admittedly, some are a lot better produced/acted than others.

  4. Elena, I did a review and sent it to Dan Smith at Valley Business Front Magazine. He said they would use it in their February issue.
