Directions: The Green Valley Book Fair is located between Harrisonburg & Staunton, VA. Take I-81 to Exit 240; turn east off the exit & follow the signs

During these scheduled dates, we’ll be open from 9 AM to 7 PM daily (including Sundays & Memorial Day).

Barnes & Noble Mother’s Day Storytime: Are You My Mother

Description: Join us for a special Mother’s Day storytime. We’ll be reading Are You My Mother by P.D. Eastman. Children are encouraged to stay after the reading to participate in a storytime themed craft. Storytime is a great time to sign up for our free Kids’ Club. Description: Help someone with their literacy skills! No foreign language or teaching background required. Work one on one in public libraries with an adult student.

Books editor Suzanne Wardle read cereal boxes, lists of ingredients and just about anything when she was a child, so it’s no wonder she grew up to read for a living at a newspaper. She posts reviews, news, discussion topics and musings on literature of all types. When she’s not reading, she’s out on the greenway with the dog, testing recipes in the kitchen and trying to persuade friends to watch bad monster movies with her.
