National Helen's Week?
These posters are all over the Botetourt County Court House and associated government offices. Who is Helen and what does it mean?
Circuit Court Clerk Tommy Moore says this celebration has been going on for years and the Botetourt View will have to come back Friday morning around 11 to know what it means.
