June 14, 2008SJ Carter open house continues through Sunday SJ "Jimmy" Carter sold his first piece on Friday night shortly after opening for his photo studio and gallery on the Frontage Road near Exit 168 north of Buchanan. Open House continues Saturday and Sunday from 10 a.m.- 5 p.m. Cloverdale Artist Betsy McGinnis has some of her horse drawings and many others including Carolyn Deck are exhibiting. Carter is offering senior picture packages for the upcoming Class of 2009.A beautiful photograph of Noel Turner, a rising senior at James River, is displayed at the door.
