July 7, 2008Hail storm hits Fincastle and Springwood On Monday afternoon a hailstorm dumped pea size hail on Fincastle and Springwood. Wind damage and hail struck gardens and caused minor property damage. The storms were over almost as quickly as they began and by evening the sky was sunny and calm.
