Jamison Design
Daleville is looking more modern. Next to the Bank of America, since that the old house has been moved, Jamison Design is working hard to get the parking lot finished for its new business complex. "Jamison has been in business in Botetourt for 11 years," said Steve Jamison, beginning in 1997.
The finishing touches on the new complex prior to the house removal on the front of the lot about a month ago.
Steve Jamison and his father Walter are the principals in the design company. However, their buildings will host several other businesses and entities. The new complex has an interesting roof line that literal flows along the mountain ridge behind as well as intersects the sky adding a new dimension in the buildings along the US 220 Corridor near Lord Botetourt High School.
They are:
Air Lee Cleaners
Edward Jones Financial Services
Erie Insurance
Crossings Christian Church office
GM Southwest
The building has 5,400 square feet of space and will have ample off street parking. "We hope to have everything complete in August and a ribbon cutting in September," said Jamison.
"We hope that the community and the county are pleased with our project."
The Jamison Design business complex this week as grading and work on the parking lot take place after the house removal.
