Lord Botetourt volleyball JVs fall to Glenvar

bot_jvvolleyballSMALL.jpg

This morning’s sports pages of The Roanoke Times have the score from Thursday’s varsity volleyball match between Lord Botetourt and Glenvar. It was a hard-fought contest that went the full five games before Glenvar prevailed.

Now we can report the junior varsity score — and unfortunately, it went Glenvar’s way, as well. Lord Botetourt’s junior varsity team fell 8-25 and 24-26.

As always, if you have news or photos about teams or players from Botetourt County — varsity, junior varsity, middle school or rec league — you can share them at news@botetourtview.com

Lord Botetourt’s next volleyball game is Tuesday at Hidden Valley at 6 p.m. For an update on how Hidden Valley is doing, click here.
