Lord Botetourt students sing praise music at the "See You at the Pole" vigil

“See You at the Pole,” a Christian-based prayer meeting for public school students, celebrated 19 years nationwide this morning. In Botetourt, both high schools and middle schools had students participate. At Lord Botetourt about 60 students, a few parents, community workers and teachers gathered around the flag pole the signature spot for the event. Praise music preceded students who offered up prayers throughout the gathering before the school day began.
