Photos of Botetourt people (and dogs) at Howl-O-Ween
The Roanoke Valley SPCA held its Howl-O-Ween event over the weekend and our paparazzi photo crew was there. So, too, were a lot of people from Botetourt County — and their dogs.
At left, that’s Andy Harris and Zeek the dinosaur & Afton Bayless and Sam the baseball player.
