Steven Elkins has been a resident of Botetourt for over 12 years. He has been a painter since he was 15 and has enjoyed sharing his work with others. Recently he has begun working on a website which is still in infancy at www.artiffect.com. He has had paintings purchased from Washington state to Texas, New Jersey and Canada.
