Short synopsis: This heartwarming Christmas play with music is set in the mountains of North Carolina. The play focuses on a North Carolina mountain family whose lives are turned upside down when momma passes away with the consumption. Papa has decided that all reasons for joy and happiness have gone and he forbids the kids from celebrating Christmas. However, the kids have other ideas. With the help of Granny and the love that comes from giving they remind Papa that there can still be happiness and joy in their home. Come out and audition and be a part of a play that will bring tears of joy to anyone that comes out to watch this story of love and redemption.
