Last night Food Lion in Daleville invited the Chamber of Commerce After Hours Crowd to shop at the store during the two hour hobnobbing event. Guess what? It is a really nice store.

This is an upscale version of the regular Food Lion Store and contains 35,000 square feet. The meat section and sandwich and pizza deli section are in the neighborhood of a Fresh Market. Hurry out, there are buys galore. Don’t forget to sign-up for an MVP card if you don’t already have one! There are plenty of buy one get one frees for the Grand Opening.

The movers and shakers of Botetourt business moved about the store from 5-7 p.m. tasting different featured products. The cash registers were ringing, too. The  tantalizing T-Bone is selling at $3.99 per pound and many carts had several packs. Looks like steak this weekend for the Chamber members that attended the event!
