Blue Collar Joe’s will be on Food Network Challenge April 10

For those of you wondering when Daniel Knight of Blue Collar Joe’s in Daleville will be on the Food Network Challenge, wait no more! We have a date!
You’ll recall last fall he was one of four donut-makers invited to tape a segment of the popular cooking competition show. The Food Network shoots all the shows at once, then spreads them out for airing.
He tells us he’s just gotten word that his segment will air Sunday, April 10 at 8 p.m. on the Food Network.
He still can’t tell us, though, how he did. We’ll just have to watch.
