Church of Transfiguration Community Health Fair Sept 17
The Church of the Transfiguration on 7624 Roanoke Road (Route 220) near Fincastle is sponsoring a Community Health Fair on September 17 from 9 am to 12 pm. The church outreach features screenings for blood sugar, blood pressure, gym information, nutrition, health care information and much more are all part of the activities.
