Katherine Entsminger Carter is new 4H Extension Agent
Katherine E Carter is the new Va Tech 4H Extension Agent.
At the Board of Supervisors meeting on Dec. 20, Glenda Snyder introduced Katherine Entsminger Carter as the new Va Tech 4H Extension Agent for Botetourt County. Carter is a Botetourt native and grew up participating in the 4H program. She has also been an adult volunteer. She has two daughters who have been active as well.
Snyder retired two summers ago.
