Rainbows over Botetourt on New Year’s Eve
Marlene Garten of Troutville sent these five pictures of a double rainbow Dec. 31 at 7:38 a.m. She said, ” At about 7:45 a.m. this morning, God doubled His promise to us by presenting this beautiful double rainbow over Botetourt.”
