Lord Botetourt High teacher convicted of assaulting student
A teacher at Lord Botetourt High School was convicted by a judge today of misdemeanor assault and battery after a student alleged the teacher had grabbed his shirt in November at the school.
Judge Paul Tucker of the county’s Juvenile and Domestic Relations District Court found Victor Terry, 37, guilty of the charge and fined him $50, suspended, according to John Alexander, deputy commonwealth’s attorney for Botetourt County.
