Case against trucker accused of assaulting another I-81 driver advances in Botetourt County court

A felony charge of aggravated malicious wounding against a North Carolina truck driver stemming from an incident on the side of Interstate 81 in Botetourt County was certified today to the grand jury after a preliminary hearing in Fincastle.
