David Marcum has been promoted to the Central Office as Supervisor of Technology. The principal of Cloverdale Elementary School has happily led the school to four consecutive Governor’s Awards of Excellence plus hosted  VDOE State Superintendent Pat Wright and launched a statewide program last spring.

On Tuesday night May 8, the PTA at the school held a celebration in honor of Marcum. He received a clock, a tree to be planted in his honor, a poem read by Music Teacher David Milam, and a scholarship in his honor.
