The Dabney S. Lancaster Community College Educational Foundation has awarded scholarships to three James River High School seniors from Eagle Rock who will begin their post-secondary education at DLSCC in the fall. The scholarships are part of more than $95,000 the non-profit organization will award for the 2012-2013 academic year.
