The Botetourt American Legion senior baseball team plays its first game of the season on Wednesday in Martinsville at 7 p.m., with its first home game Thursday at Lord Botetourt at 7 p.m.
The team is composed of players from both Lord Botetourt and James River high schools and recent graduates.
