Part of Houston Mines Road will close Sept. 24-Oct. 8
Beginning Monday, Sept. 24, a section of Route 711 (Houston Mines Road) in Botetourt County will be closed for a pipe replacement.
The work is located on Route 711 approximately 0.5 mile from Salt Pond Road and 0.3 mile from Route 640 (Nace Road).
Drivers will need to seek an alternate route. Motorists should use caution in the area.
Weather permitting, Route 711 is expected to reopen Monday, Oct. 8.
