Blue Ridge Quilt Guild meeting Oct. 9
The Blue Ridge Quilt Guild’s next meeting is Tuesday, October 9th.
We meet at 6:30pm the 2nd Tuesday of each month at the Blue Ridge Library on Rt 460. Quilters of all skill levels from beginner to expert are welcome to attend. Our next meeting we will be discussing The ABC’s of the 3Gs. The 3 Gs are Gadgets, Gizmos and Gotta Haves. Quilters attending are being asked to bring 2-3 examples of their Gs. Their absolute favorite tool, what was I thinking tool and the most unusual tool they have in their sewing room studio. Our BOM (Block of the Month) this year are blocks of USA States. This month we will be getting our 10th block. Show and Tell is Orange and Brown or Halloween theme items.
Our guild made quilts for the Rke Rescue Mission. We have worked on various charity projects this past year.
