FSA 2013 Reporting of Fall Seeded Crops
Botetourt/Craig/Roanoke County USDA Farm Service Agency (FSA) Executive Director, C. Jean Hazlegrove, reminds all producers that the acreage reporting date for hay, pasture & forage, and for fall seeded crops has changed.
The new acreage reporting date for hay, pasture, & forage is Thursday, November 15, 2012.
Fall seeded small grains should be reported no later than Tuesday, January 15, 2013.
Also January 15th is the last day in Virginia to report apples and peaches.
Although appointments to report your crops are not necessary, please call the Botetourt/Craig/Roanoke County FSA Office today at (540) 977-2698 Ext 2 and avoid lines and wasted trips.
