DSLCC spring registration starts Nov. 1

Registration begins Nov. 1 for the Spring Semester 2013 at Dabney S. Lancaster Community College. New and returning students should contact the College for an appointment to schedule their classes for the upcoming term.

“DSLCC tuition is approximately one-third the cost of tuition at four-year public colleges and universities in Virginia, so we are still a very affordable option,” reminded Matt McGraw, Director of Student Services. “Individuals who would like to begin attending DSLCC this Spring should contact us now; applications are welcome and placement testing will be available this fall at no cost. We will work with each applicant to get them registered into appropriate classes that will help them reach their academic, personal and career goals.” Placement tests are given at the DSLCC library on the Clifton Forge campus or at the DSLCC Rockbridge Regional Center in Buena Vista.

Spring classes will begin the week of January 7, 2013. Registration will be held November 1- January 5, with closings for holiday breaks. Call 863-2820 for campus appointments or 261-1211 for DSLCC Rockbridge Regional Center appointments. Office hours may be found at http://www.dslcc.edu.
