Botetourt County currently has a strong 4-H program which is overseen by Mrs. Katherine Carter of the Botetourt County Extension service and 5 FFA (Future Farmers of America chapters Advised by Mrs. Amy Stevens at RMMS, Mr. Andy Bell at CAMS, Mrs. Jan Henderickson at BTech, Mr. Richard Furman at JRHS and Mr. Stuart Byrd at LBHS. Any Alumni Member that is interested in helping to sell tickets can pick tickets up or purchase them at the following locations: Blue Ridge Farm Center, Botetourt County Extension Office, Lord Botetourt High School Agriculture Shop, or at the Southern States Cooperative Commercial Counter. We are also in need of Alumni Members that would be willing to sell tickets at any home ball game between now and December 15th.

The Drawing will be held on Monday December 10th at 7pm during the Alumni Executive Committee Meeting, you need not be present to win. There will be 4 drawings and each winner will win ¼ of a Beef cut, shrink wrapped and frozen. The winner will be contacted that night and arrangements will be made to meet and get the prize to the winner.

The Alumni is also making plans for an annual dinner meeting to be held in late January or early February.
