Laughter Yoga with Karen Wright begins at Fincastle Library on Nov. 27
Laughter Yoga is based on research indicating that laughing is beneficial to body and mind, reducing tension, stimulating heart and lungs, and improving immune function. Laughter Yoga teaches you how to laugh for no reason other than the health benefits it brings. Come release your inner child and be happy! As this class includes movement games and lying on the floor, please dress in comfortable, loose-fitting clothing appropriate for exercise.
The group will meet in the Fincastle Library Meeting Room. The introductory price for the first session, Nov. 27 at 6:00 is FREE.
