November classes at Greenfield Center

Get Energized at the Greenfield Center

Learn the steps to becoming a healthier person physically and mentally. This five week class will help you increase energy levels through exercise planning, nutritional support, goal setting, and life balancing act.

Each class includes 30 minutes of round-table discussion and 30 minutes of interval training. Bring your exercise mat and a journal and share in this journey of life transformation.

The class is taught by Laura Gentile, certified personal trainer and life coach with more than 10 years of experience in the fitness industry.

Special preview day on Tuesday, October 30 from 6:30 – 7:00pm.

Dates: Tuesdays, November 6, 13, 27 and December 4, 11.

Time: 6:30 – 7:30pm

The Journaling Quest: Discover Your Uncharted Self

If you have ever wanted to use a journal for self-discovery, or if you already use a journal but find it is more diary than exploration tool, this course will help you to explore your values, thoughts, and feelings as you grow and develop. Through the use of prompts and exercises, you’ll learn how journaling can help you address change and refocus on the future.

The course will be led by local freelance writer Anita Firebaugh, who has kept a journal for the last 30 years.
