‘Staying Connected to your Teen’ free program to begin Oct. 23
Do you have a pre-teen or teen? How connected do you feel to your teen? Blue Ridge Behavioral Healthcare is offering the evidence-based “Staying Connected to your Teen” program for free. This is a six-session program designed to give parents the opportunity to come together with other parents of teens and enhance the skills needed to help their teens successfully navigate through adolescence. This is a free program offered to anyone in the Roanoke Valley. We will be offering the program on Tuesday evenings beginning Oct. 23 from 6 to 8 p.m. (Dates include 10/23, 10/30, 11/13, 11/20, 11/27, 12/4). The program will be held at Blue Ridge Behavioral Healthcare (3517 Brandon Ave., Roanoke, VA 24018).
