Troutville man faces DUI charge in I-81 wreck
A Troutville man faces a DUI charge in a Wednesday night crash that blocked a lane of traffic on Interstate 81 and left him in a hospital bed, authorities said.
Authorities charged Thomas Clouse with one count of DUI.
