Former exchange student greets friend a Chitose teacher

Bryan Alphin, 2006 JRHS grad and Miss Yoko Konishi, teacher at Chitose High School in Japan. This photo was taken in the basement of the Capitol Building in Washington, DC. Alphin went to Chitose High School when he was a senior through the Dynax Exchange Program where he first met Miss Konishi . In ’08 she along with JRHS teacher, Rebekah Woodie went to Williamsburg, Va caught up with Bryan when he was a student at the College of William and Mary.  Just this past week they reunited again in DC where Bryan works for Congressman Bob Goodlatte.
