Holiday Inn Express earns award from Intercontinental Hotels Group

Jim Williams and the Holiday Inn Express in Troutville, VA recently received the Torchbearer Award which is the most prestigious award given by IHG, Inc. (Intercontinental Hotels Group). It was given at the International General Manager’s Conference in Orlando, FL on October 22, 2012.  Only two IHG properties in the state of Virginia received this award.  It is Jim’s second year in a row receiving the Torchbearer Award.  IHG, Inc. owns all Intercontinental Hotels & Resorts, Holiday Inn, Holiday Inn Express, Candlewood Suites, Staybridge Suites, Crowne Plaza, Holiday Inn Resorts, and Hotel Indigo.
