Scott Morris, a 2006 Lord Botetourt High School and later William and Mary College, was selected by his peers to represent Georgetown University’s motto, “cura personalis,” but it stands for ” curing the whole person.” Morris is now in the U.S. Navy and in medical school. Morris was selected by his peers that he most personified the motto.
The book he is holding “Lord of the Flies,” his favorite novel read while a student in Botetourt County Public Schools. There were about 25 posters this year, they included students, professors, & personnel. It is the 10th year of the program. The poster is being displayed in the Dalhgreen Medical School Library.
