The Botetourt County Chamber of Commerce and Roanoke Cement Company are sponsoring a Lunch With The Chamber on Wednesday, December 5, from 11:30 am to 1 pm, at the Greenfield Education and Training Center in Daleville. Roanoke Cement Company will present a program entitled “Small Steps to Sustainability – Energy Use In the Home and How To Save Money”.
Roanoke Cement has received the EPA Energy Star Award the past 5 years for being an industry leader in reducing their energy consumption and impact on the environment. They have shared these best practices with their customers and industry peers. Now Roanoke Cement would like to share best practices with the residents and small business owners of Botetourt County. The presentation will focus on how individuals can save money on their utility bills and make Botetourt County a more sustainable place to live and work.
