No Bond for Billy Joe Carter
Sheriff Ronnie Sprinkle told the Botetourt View at the Board of Supervisors meeting that once again Billy Joe Carter, the former fire chief in Buchanan, had been denied bond in his Circuit Court Appeal this afternoon. Carter has a preliminary scheduled tomorrow in General District Court.
