Star City Corvette Club to donate 500 bikes to area children

The Star City Corvette Club once again this year will be working with the Salvation Army and the Marine Corps to provide bicycles for kids in the southwest area.

We have 500 bicycles at a Advance Auto warehouse in Salem/Roanoke. We assembled all 500 of them on Black Friday from 8 a.m. till about 3 p.m. We will be delivering them to the Salvation Army in a police escorted caravan on Dec. 8.
