Joey Kapral marched with Character Counts in the Fincastle Christmas Parade on Saturday Dec. 1. He was a representative from Cloverdale Elementary School along with elementary. Character Counts promotes six pillars of character. It is a primary initiative in the State of Virginia and in school divisions teaching children:  Trustworthiness, Respect, Responsibility, Fairness, Caring, Citizenship.
