Dabney S. Lancaster Community College has begun taking applications for the 2013-14 Practical Nursing Program, located at the DSLCC Rockbridge Regional Center. In addition to the application, a pre-entrance exam is required and three test dates have been scheduled, also at the DSLCC Rockbridge Center, located at 35 Vista Links Drive, Buena Vista.

The test dates are:

• Saturday, January 5, 9 a.m., with check-in at 8:30 a.m.
• Thursday, February 21, 3 p.m., with check-in at 2:30 p.m.
• Saturday, March 9, 9 a.m., with check-in at 8:30 a.m.

A fee of $20 is required in advance. Examinees must arrive and check in 30 minutes prior to the test beginning; a proctor will be on hand to administer the test, which is held in a computer lab. Every examinee will have his or her own desktop computer.
