Skiing, Snowboarding Lessons at Homestead
Snow skiing and snowboarding lessons will be offered through Dabney S. Lancaster Community College this winter at The Homestead in Hot Springs, beginning January 2, 2013. Participants may sign up through the non-credit program for $25 and take advantage of reduced prices for 3, 4, 5 or 6 lift tickets, rentals and lessons.
For students taking lessons for a physical education credit, this is a six-week course beginning January 13. Students should contact Bruce Olson at (540) 863-2883 or email email@example.com for more information about the one-credit course.
Participants for either the credit or non-credit courses must attend an orientation session to purchase Homestead coupon booklets on one of two dates: Tuesday, December 11, at 6 p.m. in Room 502, McCarthy Hall, on the DSLCC Clifton Forge campus, or Thursday, December 13 , at 6 p.m. at the DSLCC Rockbridge Regional Center in Buena Vista. Participants must be 13 years of age.
