Homes on tour in Fincastle this weekend Dec. 8.

Fincastle Presbyterian Church is the oldest building on the the tour.

The annual HFI  Christmas home tour is the weekend of December 8. The event begins at 9:30 and ends at 4 p.m. Five homes and a church are on the tour this year. They are: Fincastle Presbyterian Church, circa 1754; Kohen-Spigle house circa 1939, Spigle House circa 1912, Hawkshead Farm, circa 2005, Little Farm House, circa 1920 and Race Farm, circa 1795.  The eclectic mix of homes runs the gamut of 18th century through 21st buildings. The starting point is Fincastle Baptist Church where tour tickets may be purchased at $15 and and a market place will also be held.
