LBHS FFA celebrates holiday with a cook out on the last day of school Dec. 18
LBHS FFA partied for the holidays.
Stuart Byrd is an exceptional Ag teacher and sponsor of the Lord Botetourt FFA. On Tuesday Dec. 19, he grilled his locally famous pork chops on the grill. Students brought in sides, desserts, drinks and an electric sense of holiday cheer. Invited guests celebrated the upcoming winter holiday break in style with a delectable picnic party.
Lord Botetourt’s very active FFA presented Byrd with a Christmas musical gift and cards. A great time was had by all who attended!

In the fall, I purchased apple butter prepared by LBHS FFA at Ikenberry in Dalevale. It was without a doubt the best apple butter we ever had in our house. Is there any more available for sale? If so where can I buy it?

None left, Don. But you can get Ann’s Applebutter locally made at a number of local outlets. I believe they have it at Kroger, likely at Ikenberrys.
