Northbound lanes of I-81 reopen after truck hauling turkeys overturns near Buchanan
As of 11:15 a.m., both northbound lanes of I-81 have reopened north of Buchanan.
They had been closed after a tractor-trailer carrying live turkeys crashed, blocking traffic while setting some of the fowl free on the road.
