Overturned tractor-trailer slows U.S. 11 traffic near Troutville

A tractor-trailer has overturned this morning on U.S. 11, about a mile south of Troutville.

The wreck is in the 3500 block of Lee Highway / U.S. 11, near Humbert Road.
