Bank of Fincastle announces new officers

The Bank of Fincastle’s Board of Directors approved new officers for the Bank. John F. Kilby was elected Chairman and CEO upon the retirement of H.M. Williamson, Jr. from the Board. C. Ray Sprinkle, a Board member since 1972, was named Bank President. The Board also appointed Michael J. Jasper as Chief Operating Officer. Jasper began his banking career with the Bank in 1995. He has worked as Assistant Cashier, Assistant Vice President and most recently as Chief Financial Officer. John F. Kilby also announced that Cameron Miles has joined the Bank as Assistant Vice President in Accounting. Miles is a native of Botetourt County and a graduate of Lord Botetourt High School and James Madison University where he majored in Accounting and Finance.
